  • Ocean carriers shall determine their corporate administrators and submit the application materials to individual Maritime Affairs Center personnel in-charge.

    Application Steps:

    Company administrator fill in the application form. The account application form can be downloaded from the single window platform of the airport or obtained from the Maritime Affairs Center helpdesk.

    Send the application form to Maritime Affairs Center in-charge unit, MPB personnel shall consolidate documents to MTNet operation center for review and administrator account creation.

  • MPB entity administrators are appointed by individual Maritime Affairs Center then submitted to MTNet Operation Center.

    Please download the account application form from MTNet or Operations Center.

    Send the application form and official documents to the MTNet Operations Center for review and administrator account creation. 

  • The "Entity administrator" is the MTNet account administrator of incumbent entities. 

    He/she is responsible for maintaining ocean carrier's MTNet user account and contact things.

    You can use the registration function provided by MTNet to create the user account of the entity.

    "Company Administrator" is the MTNet account administrator set up by each ocean carrier.

    He/she is responsible for maintaining ocean carrier's MTNet user account and contact things.

    You can use the registration function provided by MTNet to create the user account of the ocean carriers company.
